RETURNS POLICIES
In cases where the item is damaged, or the specific characteristics eligible for selection were not those chosen, you can request a return.
To make returns you must contact us within a maximum period of 7 days after the arrival of the order. You can write to us at info@ensospain.com
- Peninsular Spain: Free returns for all customers.
- Europe: Free returns limited to one return per purchase*. It will be clearly specified in our terms and conditions to avoid misunderstandings.

- One return per purchase: Each purchase will be entitled to a single free return. If the customer wishes to return several items from the same purchase, it will be considered a single return.
- Return Requirements: Returned jewelry must be sent in its original condition, unworn, properly packaged, free of damage or flaws, and in resalable condition.
- Refund credit time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, once we receive the product in our warehouses, depending on your bank.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

The Enso Spain website does not accept returns of products that have not been purchased on its official website www.ensospain.com . Therefore, returns are not accepted for products purchased in any physical store, outlet, or any official distributor.
You can exchange your purchase online for a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the order as long as the general conditions are met*.
When the warehouse receives and processes your return, you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. If you want confirmation that your order has been received in our warehouse, contact our customer service and they will be in charge of giving you more information.
If, exceptionally, one of our items or a piece of jewelry that you have not ordered has arrived defectively, you can contact our customer service department. They will help you solve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
